Your registration is
validated against your domain name WHOIS record which needs to show the
same name and address as your application.
There are no
additional ID requirements except in very exceptional circumstances.
As a result, the
website customer warranties and premium service provided with other
types of certificate are not included.
Your website still
gets an SSL certificate and customers will still see the padlock.

Requirements:
The domain name
WHOIS record needs to show the same name and address as your application
and ID.
Also, when going
through the certificate generation process, one of the following
documents will need to be scanned and emailed, or faxed, to the address
/ number we provide later - you don't need to do this until asked.
Remember that you
will need to adhere to all Terms and Conditions of our suppliers as well
