Enbecom Direct Service is a great new way of getting in touch with
us if you are an existing Enbecom customer. Whether you have a technical support query,
or have lost your password, need to know how much disk space you've
used, how many POP3 mailboxes you have unused, or any other technical
question, this page is for you.
We use a system of support 'tickets' - reference numbers allocated
to each and every query so that you can track your query from the time
you raise it to the time we fix it.
Make sure you enter your email address and phone
number accurately - that way we can keep you updated quickly.
