Service Changes and Extra Services

The deal

This page is for existing Enbecom customers. If you are one, we hope you're happy with your domain name, web hosting, website, SSL certificate or whatever you've ordered from us.

You are in the right place if you want to add an extra feature on to one of your existing services. Or, you may need to change something else relating to your existing services, that cannot be done through your FREE Enbecom Control Panel. Whatever you need, we will always do our best to help.

The cost of making some changes to your services is nothing. However, due to the time and resources used, as well as the costs involved, certain service changes are charged for.

Ordering add-ons with ongoing monthly fees
By entering the details requested and clicking Subscribe, you will be taken to the subscription setup page in PayPal. This does not affect any existing subscriptions you have.

Ordering service changes etc with one-off fees
You will see a list of types of changes and associated fees, in the options list below. Simply select a type of change, type the full details of the change, then 'add to basket'. Don't forget to order each change and add it to your basket individually. Then go to our checkout and pay.

Add-ons with ongoing monthly fees

Dedicated IP address (IPv4)
This is required for a number of things, most commonly to operate an SSL digital certificate with your website. RIPE rules require you to provide a valid justification/reason for needing a dedicated IP, which could be as simple as "to run an SSL certificate." The IP address you get is fixed, although we reserve the right to change it in rare circumstances or if at any time there is a break in your subscription payments. No minimum term, but you must provide a full calendar month's notice to cancel (which you can do by cancelling your subscription on the same day that a payment has just gone through). We only provide dedicated IP addresses to go with eligible Enbecom hosting packages.

Extra bandwidth (data transfer) allowance
This is an extra data transfer allowance for your eligible Enbecom hosting package (check with us to find out whether your hosting package can be upgraded). Suitable if you regularly exceed (or plan to regularly exceed) your data allowance. No minimum term, but you must provide a full calendar month's notice to cancel (which you can do by cancelling your subscription on the same day that a payment has just gone through).

Service Change/Addition
Please make one change at a time. Select the change type, click Add to Basket, then repeat until all changes are in your Basket.

Please note that these actions are carried out manually, so these fees cover the cost of any labour and/or charges levied by our suppliers.

It may be possible for you to carry out some of the actions detailed here through your online control panel (which may be free), but if you prefer it to be done by us, or if doing it through your control panel yourself is not available or does not work, then select an option here.

IMPORTANT: We'd like to point out that for some services, we are reliant on the relevant suppliers to action their part of changes, so timescales are not guaranteed. If for any reason we cannot make a change we will refund your change fee for that change in full, unless we have incurred costs because - for example - you haven't provided the details correctly.
