You may need to change one or more technical details of your existing services, such as the email address that all of your domain name's email goes to, or the landline telephone number that your 0800 freephone number diverts to. Whatever the change, we should be able to make it easily.

The cost of making some changes to your services is nothing. However, due to the time and resources used, certain service changes are charged for. You will see a list of types of changes and associated fees, in the options list below. Simply select a type of change, type the full details of the change, then 'add to basket'. Then go to the checkout and pay as usual.

Don't forget to order each change and add it to your basket individually.

IMPORTANT: We'd like to point out that for some services, we are reliant on the relevant networks/suppliers to action their part of changes, so timescales are not guaranteed. If for any reason we cannot make a change we will refund your change fee for that change in full, unless we have incurred costs because - for example - you haven't provided the details correctly.
