BUSINESS BUNDLES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions are for the Business Bundles promoted on the Enbecom Solutions Website, and should be read in conjunction with all policies and terms and conditions for purchases from Enbecom Solutions.

Website Design Categories:

1 - a Standard Website is defined by 'Level 1' on our Web Design page, and has up to 10 pages in content.  We reserve the right to charge an extra fee in exceptional circumstances when some or all of the pages in the website are very large.  Maintenance - up to 20% of the overall content of the website can change at each update.

2 - an Advanced Business Website is defined by 'Level 3' on our Web Design page, and has up to 50 pages in content.  We reserve the right to charge an extra fee in exceptional circumstances when some or all of the pages in the website are very large.  Maintenance - up to 20% of the overall content of the website can change at each update.

3 - A Fully Comprehensive Business Website is defined by 'Level 4' on our Web Design page, and can have an unlimited number of pages.  Please contact us for a very competitive quote.

Please note that with our websites, you may be required to meet the costs of obtaining licences for various scripts or software packages for your site, such as full online shopping handling software.  Full details and costs will be given to you before you have to confirm your order.

The price for this offer includes an amount of time of registration of your chosen domain name(s) (if available). There is no obligation to renew the domain registration after this time, but the domain will cease to function if registration is not renewed.

The price for this offer includes an amount of time of website hosting, which can basically be described as storage space for the files which make up your website on a computer permanently connected at high speed to the Internet. There is no obligation to renew hosting after this time, but your website will cease to function if it is not renewed.

Domain name registration and web hosting as described above is initiated usually within 72 hours of your order, and not when you send us information relating to your business which we will use to produce your website.

Because we believe in personal service, we may contact you to confirm your requirements before processing an order fully. Enbecom Solutions reserves the right to wholly or partially refuse any order.

We may place a small electronic 'banner' advertisement on your Web Site directing people towards our Web Site. The image is usually sourced from our servers each time a user visits your Web Site and as a result may change in appearance from time to time.

This offer can be withdrawn at any time without notice. The date of placing the order will be the basis for determination of qualification. This offer is available to businesses who are not existing customers of Enbecom Solutions, which are primarily based in the UK.

It is your responsibility to provide us as soon as possible with all information regarding your business which you want to include in your website, including any rough notes or designs, plus brochures, photographs, text (including text which must by legal requirement be included in your website), and any other media. If all of this information is not received by us at the LATEST of either the expiry of this offer or TWELVE weeks after the date of placing your order, we will either complete production of your website with the information received (if any information has been received), or design and place online a basic website containing your business contact details (if no information has been received). We will not return any fees (subject to statutory rights held by us or you).

If your business already has a website, then optionally, after consultation with you, and for an extra fee, we will obtain the individual files which make up your existing Internet Web Site, and alter and update them to your requirements. 

You will need to provide us with the individual files which make up your existing website, on media such as CD-ROM. In exceptional circumstances we can obtain files direct from the existing Internet location of your website (ie by visiting your website and downloading the files to our machines), but this method is not technically ideal and we may charge an extra fee for this.

You, the Customer, are responsible for ensuring that none of the individual files and programming which make up your existing Internet Web Site are subject to any restrictions, legally or otherwise, including (but not limited to) copyright restrictions or rules on altering the code or layout.

We will also transfer the hosting and domain name registration relating to your website to us. Domain Registration and Hosting will then need to be paid for and renewed through us.

You, the Customer, will be responsible for carrying out your part of the procedures for transferring the domain name registration and hosting of your website to Enbecom Solutions. This may incur a charge from your existing provider of these services, which you will be liable for. In certain circumstances, due to technical or other reasons beyond our control, it is not possible to transfer domain registration or hosting from your existing provider. If this is the case, we are unable to provide this offer to you, but we may be able to provide service based on our standard prices detailed on our Web site.

Domain name registration and web hosting as described above is initiated usually within 72 hours of your order, and not when you send us information relating to your business which we will use to update your website.

***The information below this paragraph and until *END OF ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR ONLINE SHOP WEBSITES* below applies in addition to the other paragraphs if any online shopping facility is provided alongside a website***

As part of certain packages, we will design and produce an online shopping website based on your product and price list. This allows a viewer of the website to place items in a virtual 'shopping basket' and use a virtual 'checkout' to pay for and order items online using a credit or debit card.

You, the Enbecom customer, are able to use online facilities to amend product details and prices at any time. We are able to make alterations to your online shop for a fee, in line with our standard price list.

Our fee includes the design and production of your site only - the fee does not include the initial and ongoing costs of internet credit and debit card processing facilities. We provide information only on companies providing these processing facilities. We are unable to give recommendations, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable in any way for the operation of these facilities or any consequential losses.

If we have already commenced work on any part of your website which is connected with your website's online shopping facilities, we are unable to refund any fees paid to us for the design and production of your website.

Enbecom Solutions' decision is final in any disputes. This does not affect any statutory rights.
