Our datacentre colleagues are performing some urgent maintenance, which is affecting one of our hosting servers. A small number of hosting clients are affected. We will update this message when we have more information.

This issue is now resolved. 

We're currently investigating some servers not responding, affecting a number of hosting accounts.  Further updates will be posted here as soon as possible.

Update 2.08pm 21/06/2021: The issues appear to be related to connectivity at one data centre. Urgent work is underway to identify the exact source of the issue and fix it.

Update 2.38pm 21/06/2021: Urgent work is taking place to identify and fix the connectivity issues.

Update 2.59pm 21/06/2021: The connectivity issue appears to be outside of the data centre.  Communication is taking place with the connectivity provider.

Update 3.33pm 21/06/2021: The issue with connectivity is wide, affecting some of our clients, as well as those of other providers.  At the time of this update, work is ongoing and details of progress will be posted here.

Update 4.23pm 21/06/2021: A fix to the external connectivity issue is still in progress.

Update 6.26pm 21/06/2021: The fault's location has been identified and a team has been sent to take the necessary corrective action.

Update 9.47pm 21/06/2021: Work is still in progress.  The next update will be posted once noticeable progress is made by the external engineers.

Update 5.51am 21/06/2021: This issue was resolved overnight.  Further information will be sent to affected customers, after further investigation.
